Isle of Taste is a special zone where, apart from whisky, you can sample appetizers, meals and products especially selected to pair with the aromas of a given whisky.
Creating a recipe is seizing the unity of all elements of a meal. Pairing food and whisky is another step in that direction. There are two ways of joining whisky with a meal: selecting it, so that it enhances aromas (by similarity) or creating a unique background for aromas that seem completely distinct at first glance. In each whisky, you will find diverse aromas at play: peat, smoked wood, tea, dried fruit, sea breeze, vanilla, toffee, honey, almonds, citrus fruits… the list goes on. We are diving into the world of tastes and aromas of whisky.
Whisky Live Warsaw is a chance for a culinary concept to be noticed.

During the third edition of Whisky Live Warsaw we placed our bet on sweets.
We served sorbets infused with stars of the festival Ole Smoky, Glenfarclas, Teeling and Tullibardine. There were cakes, desserts and a festive cake infused with Taiwanese Kavalan whisky.
The “Sweet conversations over whisky” workshop introduced guests into the world of master pastry chef, Monika Ignaciuk (Ambasador 92), who prepared the treats.
There were coffee and whisky based cocktails prepared by a latte art master.
This year, yet again, we will taste the world!
